Corporate History

2009

Achieved large‑scale production capacity and introduced venture capital. Began engaging with clients in the cosmetics industry and holding seminars.
2010

Started cooperation with clients including PROYA, INOHERB, CHANDO, and KANS, marking the company’s entry into a phase of rapid development.
2011

Established core business, built production facilities and an independent R&D center with carrier R&D, efficacy evaluation and formulation application labs. Achieved stable growth of brand clients in East China.
2012

Signed a China general agency agreement with South Korea’s Leroff, expanded its business in China, and gradually became a top client of Leroff.
2014

Established a South China office and launched operations in South China simultaneously.
2016

Established as a leading encapsulation specialist in cosmetics R&D and manufacturing. Expanded our client base across southern and eastern China, driving wider industry adoption of active carrier technologies.
2019

Founded Jiaxing Ruifuli Biotechnology Co., Ltd., obtained the title of “Jiaxing Leading Talent”, and relocated part of the production to Pinghu, Jiaxing to expand production scale.
2020

Won the First Prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology Award.
2021

Purchased a factory in Zhejiang Beauty Town, launched renovation projects, established Zhejiang Ruiyan Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and built a high‑level comprehensive production base.
2022

Zhejiang Ruiyan was selected into the "South Taihu Elite Program".The new factory was commissioned; we further expanded our R&D team and investment, and continuously launched new products.
2023

Expanded the sales team, improved the sales training mechanism, introduced an international trade cooperation team to launch global business, and began researching the application of carrier systems in food.
